Data deletion

How to stop Endless Social Media Manager (“ESMM”) from using your accounts, and how to have your data deleted.
Disconnect an account in ESMM
- Sign in to ESMM as an owner of the business.
- Open Settings → Channels.
- Find the account, choose Disconnect and confirm.
ESMM deletes the tokens it kept for that account straight away, and stops posting to it and collecting its stats. Its past posts and stats stay in ESMM until you ask us to delete them (see the last section).
Facebook Pages and Instagram accounts use your organization's Meta token rather than tokens of their own. To take that away as well, remove ESMM in Meta's Business settings, as the next section explains, or ask us to delete it.
Remove ESMM from Facebook and Instagram
- Open Meta Business settings for your business.
- Under Accounts, open Apps.
- Choose Endless Social Media Manager and remove it.
Meta then stops ESMM's access to your Pages and Instagram accounts.
Remove ESMM from Google
- Go to myaccount.google.com and open Security.
- Open third-party access: Your connections to third-party apps & services.
- Choose Endless Social Media Manager and delete its connection.
Google then stops ESMM's access to your Business Profile.
TikTok and WordPress
- TikTok: in the TikTok app's Settings and privacy, find the apps and services with access to your account, and remove Endless Social Media Manager.
- WordPress: in your site's admin, go to Users → Profile → Application Passwords and revoke the one made for ESMM.
Ask us to delete your data
To have all of a business's data deleted from ESMM (its people, posts, photos and videos, stats, connected accounts and activity log), or just your own account, write to [privacy email address]. Say which business or account it's about. If you sent photos through an upload link, you can ask too: tell us the business and roughly when you sent them.
- We'll answer within 30 days, and tell you when the deletion is done.
- Before deleting a business's data, we'll confirm the request with one of its owners.
- Deleted data leaves our encrypted backups as they expire, within a year (see the privacy policy).
